The premise behind the Law of Attraction is that you get what you think about. Or, that your thoughts determine your future. Many people scoff at this, saying that nobody can control their destiny with their thoughts. Let’s take a deeper look at this…

Experts on the Law of Attraction claim that the Law is neutral. It works whichever way you send it. If you attract negativity, then undesirable things are more likely to happen to you. If you are more positive and always look for good things in your life, then you are more likely to experience wonderful things.

How the Law of Attraction works

Have you ever had one of those moments when something happened (good or bad) and immediately you said, “I knew that was going to happen!”? If so, then you have already had experience with the Law of Attraction. Whether you realized it or not, you attracted the end result you experienced.

Here’s a simple explanation of how the Law of Attraction works…

First, you must realize that you can control your thoughts and actions. Tune yourself into the right “frequency.” By that, I mean that you have to get in tune with your own desires and needs.

Second, you must take responsibility for your actions. Nobody else is to blame is something goes wrong-except you. You control your thoughts, your words, and your actions.

Third, you have to set your thoughts and desires on good things. Stop thinking about all the things that “could” go wrong or “might not” happen. Think only on good things. Harness your mental energy to focus on positive thoughts.

Next, imagine how you will feel when you reach that desired outcome. If you want to attract better health, how will you feel after you’ve lost thirty pounds? Hold those thoughts and emotions in your mind as you work towards that outcome.

Finally, you must turn stagnancy into action. The Law of Attraction is nothing without energy behind it. If you want something, start working towards it. As you enforce this action, believe and know that help will come at the perfect time.
