  • Make changes in your life. There are easy changes you can make to your lifestyle that will greatly reduce anxiety and stress. Take a look at your eating habits.   • Get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. If you aren’t getting enough sleep every night, it’s no wonder you’re stressed out and feeling anxious all the time. Studies have proven that a body needs 6-8 uninterrupted hours of sleep every night. If you have trouble falling asleep and don’t want to take a sleeping pill, play soothing, soft music before bedtime. Turn off the T.V. early. Don’t drink liquids one hour prior to going to bed. These quick tips should help you fall asleep more easily.
