Negative thought patterns like these plague lots of people who want to lose weight. Once you have identified your negative thought patterns, replace them with positive affirmations. Write one affirmation for every negative thought. Every time you have a negative thought, speak your counteractive positive affirmation a few times.
These positive affirmations help you replace your negative thought patterns with positive ones. Staying in a positive frame of mind will help make it easier for you to stay on track with your weight loss goals.
