Many women seem to lack the self confidence they need to pursue their dreams. If you struggle with self confidence issues, here are six easy ways to boost your self confidence now:


Self Confidence Boost #1: Say something nice about yourself. Stop all the negative put-downs! Don’t trash talk yourself. Say something nice. If you can’t find anything nice to say about yourself, then keep thinking until you can think of something.

Self Confidence Boost #2: Smile. You’d be amazed at what wonders a simple smile can do for your self confidence. Even if you don’t feel confident about yourself, smile anyway. In fact, the more you practice smiling, the better you’ll become at it. And the better you become, the more confident you’ll be.

Self Confidence Boost #3: Do something brave.
Step outside the box you’ve been living in. Help somebody else. Don’t wait until they ask for your help. You are a Super woman!

Self Confidence Boost #4: Buy a new pair of shoes. When was the last time you did something nice for yourself? I’m guessing it’s probably been a while. Make a date with yourself. Go out and buy a nice pair of shoes or a new outfit. Then wear it the next time you are feeling low.

Self Confidence Boost #5: Do something nice for someone else. The best way to feel good about yourself is to do something nice for someone else. Next time you notice a friend having a bad day, or a family member struggling with something, send them a card or give them flowers. Seeing their spirits lift will give your self confidence a boost.
